Sophomore thrower Kaylynne Terry (Streator, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending April 7, 2019. Terry had a trio of top seven finishes at the Benedictine University Invitational over the weekend. Her top performance came in the shot put where she finished second with a throw of 12.98 meters. Her throw was the second farthest in the NACC this season and the twentieth farthest in Division III. She also broke the RU school record and finished sixth in the hammer throw with a distance of 42.47 meters. That throw was the third best in the NACC so far this year. Terry concluded her day with a seventh place finish in the discus with a throw of 36.33 meters.
