Freshman Christian Devant (Winnebago, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending February 28, 2016. Devant recorded a trio of top-15 finishes for Rockford on Saturday at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships. His top finish came in the distance medley relay where his team placed third with a time of 11:19.79. He also finished eighth as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team crossing the finish line in 3:45.19 and fourteenth in the 800 meter with a time of 2:08.87.
