Junior pitcher Michael Kiviranta (Schaumburg, Ill./Hoffman Estates) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending March 9th, 2014. Kiviranta was steller in his first start of the season for the Regents. The junior tossed 7 innings surrendering just 1 one while striking out 1 to pick up the victory.
