Freshman runner Ian Walton (Acworth, Ga./Sprayberry) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending February 24, 2013. Walton was the lone Regent to medal in the NAC Indoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend. The freshman finished 3rd in the 55 meter hurdles and broke his own school record with a time of 8.33 seconds. He also finished 13th in the 200 meter dash, 20th in the 55 meter dash and was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished 7th.
