Freshman guard Kyla Wilkerson has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 27, 2022. Wilkerson had an incredible two-game stretch for the Regents this past week. She poured in a career-high 19 points on 6-of-8 shooting, including tying the RU single-game three-point field goal percentage record on a perfect 4-of-4 performance against Beloit. Wilkerson also added a career-high 5 steals, a block and an assist in the game. Wilkerson also narrowly missed her first career double-double earlier in the week against Principia. She tallied 9 points on 4-of-7 shooting, a career-high 8 rebounds and 3 steals. For the week, she averaged 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, shot 66.7% from the floor and 71.4% from beyond the arc.Â
