Senior guard Vincent Eugene has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, December 4, 2022. Eugene continued his outstanding start to the season with two more double-digit scoring performances. He opened with 18 points on 50% shooting from the floor (7-14) and the three-point line (3-6) at the defending NACC Tournament Champion Marian University Sabres. Eugene followed that up with 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting, including a 2-for-4 effort from beyond the arc, at Concordia Wisconsin. He also added a team-high 8 assists, 6 rebounds and a block against the Falcons. For the week, Eugene averaged 14.5 points on 50.0% shooting, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1 block and 0.5 steals per game.Â
