Forward Micah Swanson has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, December 11, 2022. Swanson averaged a double-double for the Regents this past week to help lead Rockford to a 1-1 record in NACC play. He opened with a game-high 15 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and a career-high 6 blocks in a 69-65 win over Edgewood. Swanson followed that up with 12 points, a career-high 15 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 assists in a 69-62 loss to St. Norbert. For the week, he averaged 13.5 points on 52.6% shooting, 10.5 rebounds, 4.5 blocks and 1.5 assists.
