Senior pitcher Mariah Martinez has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, March 12, 2023. Martinez posted a 3-1 record with a 2.37 earned run average over her five appearances last week, which included four starts. Her best performance came in Rockford's 4-0 win over Western Connecticut State University, where she fired her first complete game shutout of the season, allowing just three hits and striking out a career-high nine batters.
