Junior Jared Herzog has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending April 9, 2023. Herzog had a trio of multi-hit games this past week. He went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in one of Rockford's wins over MSOE. Herzog then went 3-for-4 with a walk, two doubles and two runs scored at Beloit. His final multi-hit game came against Marian. Herzog finished 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs and a run scored. He ended the week hitting .533 and slugging .933 with three doubles, a home run and six RBIs.
