The Seaver Center is located on the campus of Rockford University and hosts all of the Regents' home basketball and volleyball events. In addition to the main competition gym, the building also houses a fitness center with a weight room, an athletic training room, multiple locker rooms and an auxiliary gymnasium. The auxiliary gym doubles as a recreational space for everyone on campus to enjoy, featuring two basketball hoops and a court, a volleyball net and a court and three drop down batting cages. The upstairs of the building was recently renovated to create multiple lounges and a speed and agility room for strength and conditioning.

The main competition court hosts all of home contests for Rockford University men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams. The gym seats 830 fans, providing everyone with an up-close and intimate experience on game day. The loud and raucous crowds provide the Regents with a unique home court advantage during its home contests.

The addition of a brand new and improved fitness center provides Rockford University student-athletes with a top-notch workout facility. The fitness center houses both cardio and weight equipment to meet the needs of all its patrons. The weight equipment features ten dual purpose 1/2 racks, two sets of dumbbells and two glute ham machines. The cardio equipment includes six treadmills, four bikes and three ellipticals.

The auxiliary gymnasium provides Rockford University student-athletes with an additional workout space, while doubling as a recreational space for the general student body. The gym features three full-length drop-down batting cages, a basketball court, volleyball court and spectator seating.

The newly renovated and fully turfed speed and agility room provides RU student-athletes with yet another space to work out in.
