ROCKFORD, Ill. - The 2021 NACC Women's Golf Championship concluded its third and final round at Aldeen Golf Club early Sunday. Paige Bukowski shot a final round 95 to finish in a tie for 18th place, and
Mikaela Olvera carded a 111 to finish in 32nd place. Aurora University's Kallie Sakamoto took home the individual title by four strokes, with a three-day score of +20. The Spartans also easily won the team title by 80 strokes, with a score of +144.
- Freshman Paige Bukowski had an outstanding three-day performance in her first NACC Championship. Bukowski was consistent the entire weekend, carding a 94 on Friday, a 95 on Saturday and a 95 on Sunday, all of which were career-low rounds for her entering the weekend. Her total score of +68 put her in a tie for 18th place. Bukowski's score was also just 11 strokes away from finishing in the top ten and earning all-conference recognition.
- Mikaela Olvera also had an excellent showing at the 2021 NACC Championship. Olvera shot a 110 on Friday, a career-low round of 92 on Saturday and a 111 on Sunday. She finished the tournament with a total score of +97 and finished in 32nd place.
