KANSASVILLE, Wis. - The Rockford University women's golf team had a pair of players compete on Friday afternoon in round one at the Midwest Region Fall Classic. This is by far the largest and most competitive meet Rockford has taken part in this year with over 30 teams and nearly 200 golfers. Brighton Dale Links is also one of the more difficult courses of the fall as it is a Par 72 course that spans 5637 yards.
- Natalie Threatt had the low round of the day for the Regents. Threatt carded an 86 to put herself in a tie for 81st place.
- Paige Bukoski is currently in a tie for 160th place after firing an opening round 99.

The RU women's golf team will be back on the links for round 2 on Saturday, September 23.
