2014: Ran in 7 meets...Had a season best time of 28:44.8 at the Brissman-Lundeen Cross Country Invitational.

2013: Was selected to the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference team...Participated in 8 meets...Finished second at the Rockford/Beloit Season Opener...Placed 12th at the Olde English Classic and also at the NACC Cross Country Championships with a season best time of 27:59.12.

2012: Honorable Mention All-NAC Team...Participated in 8 meets...Finished 12th at the Regents Invitational with a time of 28:54.4...Finished 22nd at the NAC Championships with a time of 27:37.70.

2011: Participated in 7 meets...Placed 5th in the 8,000 meters at the Old English Classic with a time of 28:32.3...Ran a season best time of 27:57.0 in the 8,000 meters at the Falcon Invitational finishing 29th.
