Indoor: Ran a season best time in the 55m with a time of 8.09 at the UW Parkside Open...Placed 8th in the 200m with a time of 27.21 at the Monmouth Fighting Scots Indoor...Finished 3rd at the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 400m with a time of 1:01.48...Placed 4th at the Margaret Bradley Invitational in the 800m with a time of 2:27.05...At the Keck Invitational placed 9th in the 60m hurdle with a time of 11.31 and 9th in the long jump with a jump of 4.33m.

2013-2014: 

Indoor: Was a part of the distance medley relay that finished second at the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 13:48.68...Also finished seventh at the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 2:33.03 in the 800m race...Had a season best time of 1:04.83 in the 400m race at the Monmouth Invite...Finished tenth in the 200m race with a time of 28.26 in the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championship.

Outdoor: Placed fifth in the heptathlon with 2775 points at the NACC Outdoor Championships...Took second place in the javelin throw with a distance of 25.44 meters at the Millikin Big Blue Invite....Recorded a fifth place finish in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03.33 at the Ashford Spring Classic.

2012-2013: 

Indoor: Placed second in the 300m at the Monmouth College Midwest Invitational with a time of 45.29...Placed second in the 200 at the Bethel Open with a time of 28.85...Placed first in the 400m at the Bethel Open with a time of 1:04.24...Also placed first in the 400m at the UW-Parkside Classic with a time of 1:04.20.

Outdoor: Finished fifth in the Cougar Invitational in the 800m with a time of 2:42.45...Finished 14th at the NAC Championships in the 200m with a time of 28.91...Finished fourth in the 400m at the NAC Championships with a time of 1:01.80.

2011-2012: 

Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 400m at the Rex Foster Open with a time of 1:04.77...Was part of the DMR team that placed third in the Warrior Invitational with a time of 15:00.67.

2010-11: 

Indoor: Placed fifth in the 60m at the Wisconsin Red & White Open with a time of 8.92...Also finished fifth at the Wisconsin Red & White Open in the 200m with a time of 29.12...Placed second in the 400m at the Wisconsin Red & White Open with a time of 1:05.09.

Outdoor: Finished ninth at the Loras Open in the 200m with a time of 28.42...Finished seventh in the 400m with a time of 1:02.28 at the NAC Championships...Also finished seventh at the NAC Championships in the 4x4 relay with a time of 4:33.31...Finished tenth in the long jump at the NAC Championships with a jump of 4.40m.
