Carter Kessinger will be the graduate assistant for both cross country and track & field for the 2025-26 season.
Kessinger, who grew up in Greenville, Ill., is an accomplished track athlete. He ran track for five years at Greenville University, where he was a two-time SLIAC All-Conference selection, three-time NCCAA All-Academic team member and four-time NCCAA National Championship qualifier. Kessinger was a part of 10 conference championship teams (both indoor and outdoor).
Kessinger graduated from Greenville University in 2025 with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and minors in Coaching, Business, and Crisis Management. He is pursuing a master’s in Sport Management and Leadership.
