2012: Named 1st Team All-NAC...Ran in 7 meets...Finished 1st at the Rockford College Season Opener with a time of 16:10 in the 2.5 mile....Finished 40th at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational with a season best time of 23:40.2 in the 6,000 meters. Finished 7th at the NAC Championships with a time of 23:51.18.
2011: Named 1st Team All-NAC...Named NAC Student-Athlete of the Week on 3 separate occasions...Ran in 7 meets...Finished 2nd at the NAC Championships in the 6K with a time of 23:47.1...Finished 3rd in the 6K at the Falcon Invite with a time of 24:12.9.
2010: Earned 1st Team All-NAC honors...Participated in 5 meets...Finished 3rd in the 6K at the Falcon Invitational with a time of 24:10.
