2012-2013: Indoor: Placed 6th in the 3000m at the NAC Championships with a time of 19:44.10...Also placed 6th at the Monmouth College Midwest Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 11:33.35...Placed 2nd at the Wisconsin Red & White Open in the mile with a time of 5:47.20

Outdoor: Placed 2nd at the Cougar Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 19:14.40...Finished 9th at the Beloit Relays in the 1500m with a time of 5:12.99.

2011-2012: Indoor: Finished 2nd at the Bethel Open in the mile with a time of 5:46.72...Placed 2nd in the 5000 at the NAC Championships with a time of 19:20.93...Placed 6th at the NAC Championships in the 3000m with a time of 11:34.55

2010-2011: Indoor: Placed 3rd in the mile at the Wisconsin Red & White Open with a time of 5:40.42...Also finished 8th in the 800m with a time of 2:35.67.

Outdoor: Finished 6th at hte Loras Open in the 1500m with a time of 5:09.16...Also finished 8th in the 800m with a time of 2:35.68...Placed 8th at the NIU Open in the 5000m with a time of 19:28.00.
