Amanda Brooks was hired as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team in August of 2024.
Brooks joins Rockford after most recently serving as an assistant coach at Eastern Nazarene College for the 2023-24 season. She assisted in many facets of the women's basketball program including: player development, recruiting, scouting and coaching.
Prior to coaching with Eastern Nazarene, Brooks played four years of college basketball, including three years at Greenville University and one year at Eastern Nazarene College.
Brooks graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. She is currently studying for a master of Arts in Teaching at Rockford University.
