Jaden Snodgrass

  • Title
    Assistant Coach

Jaden Snodgrass was hired in July 2026 as an assistant men's basketball coach at Rockford University.

Snodgrass brings a diverse background in leadership, player development, and mentorship to the Regents' coaching staff. A former standout player at Lanphier High School, he earned CS8 All-Conference honors twice, was named IBCA All-State, and was a four-year varsity starter. He also competed with the St. Louis Eagles/Bradley Beal Elite EYBL program and the St. Louis Gateway Adidas Gauntlet, gaining experience against some of the nation's top competition.

Off the court, Snodgrass founded Hoops For Change in 2019. Through the organization, he led a month-long fundraising campaign that raised more than $15,000, enabling the program to offer a free youth basketball camp focused on skill development, mentorship, and substance abuse prevention. The camp featured instruction from high school, collegiate, and professional players and coaches while emphasizing the importance of positive community impact.

Snodgrass has also served as a camp coach with the Max-OUT Foundation, where he helped design and lead skill-development sessions for youth athletes. His coaching responsibilities included teaching basketball fundamentals, implementing practice plans, and mentoring players in a competitive, growth-oriented environment.

Away from basketball, Snodgrass is a registered nurse who most recently worked in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at the University of Missouri Hospital. In that role, he cared for patients with complex neurological conditions.

Snodgrass earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University in 2025 after beginning his collegiate education at the University of Missouri. He also holds Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
