Jocelyn Callahan is Rockford softball's graduate assistant for the 2026 season.
Callahan is used to the area, having grown up just minutes away in Belvidere, and played five years of softball and basketball here at Rockford University. A standout infielder for the Regents, Callahan was a NACC Honorable Mention as a freshman, the same year she was awarded RU Female Freshman of the Year. She was also nominated the NACC Position Player of the Week in March of 2025. Callahan is the NACC's all-time leader in games started, played, walks, and fourth all-time in stolen bases.
Callahan graduated from Rockford University in 2024 with a bachelor's in Kinesiology and minors in Coaching and Health. She is currently finishing up her master's in Teaching.
