Junior third baseman Cole Logemann (Lena, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending April 26, 2015. Logemann led Rockford to a 3-1 week with a trio of multi-hit performances. He began his week with a 3-for-4 effort that included 2 doubles, a home run and 7 runs batted in. The third baseman followed that up with another 3-for-4 performance including driving in game's winning runs with a 2-run triple. Logemann then concluded last week going 2-for-4 with a double and a 2-run home run to help give Rockford its first win against Benedictine since 2010. For the week the junior hit .500 with an impressive 1.188 slugging percentage. His 8 hits included 3 doubles, 1 triple and 2 home runs. He also drove in 11 runs while scoring 4 more runs.
