Senior Tim Lydy (Aurora, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending May 3, 2015. Lydy recorded a pair of top ten finishes including Rockford's best performance at the NACC Championships. He placed 4th in the 10,000 meter run with a personal best time of 33:35.40 and was less than 7 seconds away from medaling in the event. Lydy also took 10th in the 5,000 meter race crossing the finish line in 16:45.17.
