Junior guard Tory Minnifield (Blue Island, Ill./Eisenhower) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending December 9th, 2012. Minnifield helped lead the Regents to a 2-0 week in Northern Athletics Conference play. The junior shot 53.1% from the floor in the two games and scored a game-high 28 points in Rockford's 2 point win over Benedictine over Benedictine. Minnifield averaged 23.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game.
