Junior Dominick Welte has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, October 2nd. Welte's top 20 finish on Saturday helped lead the Rockford University men's cross country team to a fifth place finish at the Warrior Invitational. He placed 20th out of 84 runners and broke his personal best mark in the 8k by just over 17 seconds with a time of 29:17.1.
