Junior forward Micah Swanson has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, January 7, 2024. Swanson hit a career milestone on Saturday when he recorded his 500th rebound in the second half of Rockford's win against Illinois Tech. He becomes just the 18th player in program history to accomplish this feat. Swanson also scored in double-figures in both games this past week and shot a team-high 64.7% from the floor. He averaged 12 points, 6 rebounds, 1 block and 1 assist over Rockford's two games.
