Bell averaged a team-high 16 points on 54.2% shooting, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal and zero turnovers to help lead the Regents to a perfect 2-0 NACC record. He opened with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and a block in a crucial win over Benedictine. Bell then tallied 19 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists in a win against Illinois Tech to help Rockford clinch a berth in the NACC Tournament.
