Cross country runner Miles Lang has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, August 31, 2025. Lang won the Rock River Invite 5k race in convincing fashion by over 15 seconds this past Friday. He crossed the finish line in 17:00.8 and lowered to his personal best time by almost 51 seconds.
