LOVES PARK, Ill. - The Rockford University women's soccer team took on the Dominican University Stars Wednesday night. The match did not go the Regents way, as the final result of the game was 9-0.

RU battled hard against DU and held the team scoreless until 14 minutes into the game. The Regents ended up going into halftime down 6-0 to the Stars. After the half Rockford University allowed three goals, en route to a 9-0 lose.

The Regents take the field again at Sportscore 2 Saturday 16. The match has a scheduled start time of 3:00 PM.
