Women's Basketball NACC Tournament Quarterfinals Preview

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford University women's basketball team defeated MSOE 52-45 in the first round of the NACC Tournament last Saturday and advanced to the quarterfinals this week. The victory gave Rockford its first NACC Tournament win in program history and its most wins in a season (16) since the Regents joined the NACC in 2006-07. The Regents will now hit the road on Wednesday, February 23 to face the second-seeded St. Norbert College Green Knights. If the Regents win on Wednesday, Rockford will be on the road again on Friday to face the winner of the Concordia Wisconsin and Benedictine game.
