RIVER FOREST, Ill. - The Rockford University women's soccer team fell 4-0 on the road Wednesday afternoon to the defending NACC Champion Dominican University Stars. Dominican was pretty much in control of the match from start to finish. The Stars used three first-half goals, including one in the third minute, to propel themselves to victory and remain unbeaten in NACC play this year.
- The Stars broke the scoreless tie in the third minute with a goal from Hannah DiSilverno.
- Dominican's Grace Larson then followed with her NACC leading eighth and ninth goals of the season in the 35th and 45th minutes.
- The Stars tacked on one additional goal in the 50th minute by Natalia Lopez to secure the 4-0 win.
- Elizabeth Elison had 8 saves in the match. She is currently second in the NACC with 69 saves this season.
