Wesley Pritzlaff has been named the NACC Defensive Player of the Week. This is Pritzlaff's first NACC weekly honor of his career. He is also the first RU men's soccer player to receive an award this year and just the fifth goalkeeper in program history to earn a NACC weekly award.
Wesley Pritzlaff was perfect in goal last week for the Regents. Pritzlaff recorded a pair of shutouts and 20 saves to lead Rockford to a 1-0-1 mark in NACC play. He opened with 12 saves at Benedictine in a match that ended in a scoreless tie. Pritzlaff followed that up with 8 saves in a 1-0 win against St. Norbert.
The Rockford University men's soccer team is on the road on Wednesday, October 16 at MSOE. The match has a scheduled start time of 7 PM.
