MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Regents outscored the Inferno 26-15 in the first quarter en route to a convincing 75-57 road win at Alverno College on Wednesday evening. Rockford led by as many as 23 points and never trailed in the game. The Regents were outstanding on the defensive end of the floor. Rockford held the Inferno to just 18 made baskets in the game, including only two three-pointers. Conversely, Rockford made 28 shots, ten of which came from beyond the arc. The Regents also scored 24 points off 17 Inferno turnovers, compared to just 12 points for the Inferno off 14 Rockford turnovers. The victory gave Rockford its second straight win at Alverno and evens the all-time series at 13-13.

- The Regents built their lead up to as many as 13 points in the first quarter on the heels of an 11-2 run. Rockford went 4-for-5 from the floor over that span, capped off by a Jocelyn Callahan triple, which put her team out in front 23-10 with 1:47 left in the period.
- Alverno briefly cut the RU lead down to nine, but Alyssa Havard drained a three-pointer of her own as the Regents took a 26-15 advantage into the second.
- With Rockford now only leading by eight three minutes into the second quarter, the Regents scored the next six points to seize control of the game. Katie Paredes, Lexi Keating and Kyla Wilkerson connected on back-to-back-to-back layups to make it a 35-21 RU lead.

- D'Asia Washington scored a game-high 21 points on 7-12 shooting. She also added 5 rebounds and an assist to her totals.
- Alyssa Havard had 15 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and a block.
- Katie Paredes added 12 points, 9 rebounds, a block and a steal.
- Lexi Keating finished with 11 points, 4 assists, 3 steals and 2 rebounds.
- Nia Wilkerson grabbed a game and career-high 11 rebounds. She also had 8 points, 4 assists and a steal.
