WATERTOWN, Wis. -- The Rockford University men's basketball team won its third-straight game against non-conference opponent Maranatha Baptist University, 91-64, on Tuesday.
Adrian Agee and
Kamren Hogan each had career-highs in scoring, with 18 points.
DeVon Oregon and
Jaden Bell also scored in double-figures for Rockford with 15 and 14, respectively.
Bell had a game-high eight rebounds.
The Regents built a 13-point halftime lead as a result of a 9-0 run to extend their lead from 17-15 to 26-15 in a span of 2:21 in the latter half of the first half.
Rockford pulled away in the second half, as the Regents shot the lights out of the basketball, shooting 65.2% from the floor and 62.50% from behind the arc to score 50 points in the half. Their largest lead of the game was 30.
On the evening, the Regents shot 62.1% from the field and 43.8% from three-point range, and outrebounded the Sabercats 27-21.
The Regents will return to action on Tuesday, Dec. 30, when they will take on Beloit College at 6 p.m. CST.
