MILAN, Ill. - The Rockford University women's bowling team concluded its inaugural season of competition over the weekend with a sixth place finish at the Viking Classic. The Regents bowled five individual games head-to-head against other schools, followed by two head-to-head baker rounds of five games per round. Rockford went 1-6 in those seven matches, advancing to the matchplay rounds as the seventh seed. The Regents opened with an exciting 4-3 win against Carthage in round one of matchplay, but fell 4-1 in round two against Augustana to finish sixth in the final standings.
