ROCKFORD, Ill. -- The Rockford University men's soccer team was beaten by the Dominican University Stars 4-1 on Wednesday afternoon.
Dominican controlled possession for most of the game. They took a 2-0 lead into the halftime break.
The Stars tacked on two more goals to their lead before
Rejhan Jakupi scored in the 88th minute to prevent the shutout.
Wesley Pritzlaff finished with 9 saves.
The Regents will return to action on Saturday, Sept. 27, with a 3 p.m. CDT game on the road against Marian.
