ROCKFORD, Ill. -- The Rockford University women's bowling team finished in second place out of 10 teams at GLBC III on Saturday and Sunday, at Don Carter Lanes.
Neelah Vandeberg tied for first place individually out of 44 bowlers to make the All-Tournament Team, with a total score of 975 and a tournament average of 195 to break her own two records with the highest tournament score and tournament average. Vandeberg had a game-high score of 245 in her second game.
As a team, the Regents had a solid outing in the 16 baker games with a score of 2,718.
The Regents will return to action on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 31 & Feb. 1, at GLBC IIII at Buzz Social in Green Bay, Wis.
