Rockford University

Clayton Bachman joined the Rockford University women's basketball coaching staff for the 2021-22 season. His primary coaching responsibilities include both recruiting and player development with the post players. Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Bachman was a member of the Rockford University men's basketball team.

Bachman is scheduled to graduate in May of 2023 from Rockford University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management.
