Senior Tim Lydy (Aurora, Ill./Germantown) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending October 12th, 2014. Lydy ran exceptionally well on Saturday finishing in 12th place and posting his fastest time of the year in the 8k. His time of 27:54.9 was nearly 20 seconds faster than his previous best this season and was just 7 seconds off his personal best.
