Rockford University cross country runner Rebekah Starwalt has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, September 1, 2024. Starwalt won the 5k Rock River Invite this past Friday. She finished the race in 21:27.5 and was almost 11 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher.
