ROCKFORD, Ill.- The Rockford University volleyball team returned to action tonight to take on the MSOE Raiders in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference matchup. The Regents were still chasing that elusive first victory of their conference season. Rockford fell in straight sets by the finals of 25-10, 25-11 and 25-15. 

The Regents were unable to get anything going in the match. Rockford fell behind in each set and could not claw back into the game. The team totaled 19 kills in the match. Senior Taylor Rossi (Ingleside, Ill.) had an impressive performance tonight posting 5 kills, 0 errors, on 13 attempts with 14 assists and 11 digs. 

The Rockford University volleyball team will attempt to get back on track Friday, October 14 to take on Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wis. with a scheduled start time of 7:00 p.m.
