ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford University women's basketball program had one player named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), formally CoSIDA, this afternoon. The 2022-23 CSC All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. Each all-district honoree will advance to the All-America ballot, with the winners announced in mid-March.

In order to be eligible to receive CSC Academic All-District status, student-athletes must meet a rigorous set of criteria. The student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher at his or her current institution, must participate in at least 50% of the team's games and have completed at least one full year at his or her current institution.
