ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford University women's basketball program had two players recognized on Tuesday afternoon when the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference released its 2023-24 all-conference awards. Both senior Audrina Terhune and freshman Grace Vyborny were selected NACC Honorable Mention by the conference's fourteen head coaches. This is the first time either has received a postseason award from the NACC, and it also the first time in three years that Rockford has had multiple players recognized.

Guard Audrina Terhune was selected NACC Honorable Mention for the first time in her collegiate career. Terhune was a driving force behind Rockford's success on the court this season and helped lead the Regents to a NACC Tournament berth and near-upset of the top seed and conference champions in the quarterfinals. Terhune finished the season leading the team in both scoring (8.9) and assists (2.5), which is truly an impressive feat. She was also 25th in the NACC in scoring at the conclusion of the regular season. Terhune rounded out her numbers by averaging 2.4 rebounds and 1 steal per game.

Forward Grace Vyborny leapt onto the scene for the Regents this year and was rewarded by being named NACC Honorable Mention. Vyborny was a solid all-around player for the Regents this season, but was particularly effective on the defensive end of the court. Vyborny led the Regents in both rebounding (6.5) and blocks (0.8), which helped propel Rockford to becoming the top rebounding team in the NACC at the conclusion of the regular season. She also ended the year eighth in the NACC in blocks, ninth in field goal percentage (48.7%), 11th in rebounding and 17th in steals (1.5). Vyborny rounded out her totals by averaging 6.9 points and 1.1 assists per game.
