ROCKFORD, Ill. -- The Rockford University men's soccer team fell to NACC conference opponent, Edgewood University 6-0 on Friday afternoon at Sam Greeley Field.
Juan Sarmiento and
Wesley Pritzlaff compiled 13 saves with six and seven respectively. Sarmiento started in goal for the Regents while Pritzlaff came into the match in the 55th minute and played the remainder of the contest.
Rejhan Jakupi took the lone shot on goal for RU in the 71st minute.
EU put four in the net in the first half and two in the second half to remain unbeaten in conference play.
The Regents will return to action on Wednesday, Oct. 22, with a 2 p.m. CDT NACC match vs Aurora University at Sam Greeley Field.
