ASHWAUBENON, Wis. -- The Rockford University women's bowling team placed 5th out of ten teams at the GLBC II over the weekend. 

Ashley Harkey topped all Regents in 9th place overall, putting together a score of 859. Harkey's game-high score of 212 came in her third game. Neelah Vandeberg was right on her heels, tallying a score of 857 which took her to 10th place.

In the baker games on Sunday, Rockford knocked down 2,262 pin over the course of 16 games.

The Regents will return to action on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8 & 9, when they host the Leatherneck Classic right here in Rockford, Ill.
