LISLE, Ill. -- The Rockford University men's soccer team lost to NACC conference opponent Benedictine 3-0 on Wednesday evening.

Wesley Pritzlaff made five saves playing all 90 minutes.
The Regents gave up two goals in the seventh and 18th minute of the first half and trailed 2-0 at halftime. In the second half, the Eagles put one more in the back of the net by Ari Hernandez, who scored twice on the evening.
BENU outshot RU 12-3 and won the edge on corner kicks 6-3.
The Regents will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 11, with a 5:30 p.m. CDT NACC match at Lakeland University.
