Game Day Procedures
Welcome:
We hope that you will enjoy your visit to the
Rockford University campus. Rockford University strives to
offer guests on our campus the best possible experience at all of
our intercollegiate contests. Should any problems arise
during the event that you are attending, please find a member of
the Rockford College Athletics Staff or Rockford University
Security.
General
Policies:
Proper behavior is expected of all guest at all
Regents Athletic events.
Rockford University the NCAA and the Northern Athletics
Collegiate Conference promote good sportsmanship by
student-athletes, coaches and fans alike. Racist, sexist,
profane or intimidating comments aimed at participants, coaches,
officials, game administrators or fans is not acceptable and is
grounds for removal from the site of competition.
Consumption of alcohol or use of tobacco products (including
smoking) will also result in immediate dismissal
from the site of competition.
Pets are not allowed.
Ticket purchases will not be refunded if you
are removed from site of competition due to inappropriate
behaver.
Prohibited
Items:
The following items are prohibited during any
athletic event on the Rockford University campus:
Carrying in any food or drink, alcoholic beverages, tobacco
products, noisemakers, horns, bugles, or any other disruptive
device. Fans who are caught using artificial noisemakers will
be asked to stop immediately. If behaver continues they will
be asked to leave the premises.

*note all Rockford University students receive free admission to
regular season home events with their student id.
Per NCAA guidelines each student-athlete is allowed 4
complementary tickets per home event in which they are
participating in. These tickets may be distribited to 4
people of the student-athletes choosing.
Public Address
System and Press Box:
No announcements will be made except in emergency
situations or unless prearranged with the Rockford University
Sports Information Director at least 24 hours prior to the
event.
Only game day staff and media are allowed in the press box or
scoring area. Any fans who enter the area will be asked to
leave immediately.
Emergency
Medical Services:
Medical services are available at all home football
contests. If you need medical assistance, please notify the
nearest event staff member. The paramedics are located at the
north end of the the stadium.
The Athletic Trainer is available in the event that a medical
emergency should arise. If you need immediate medical
assistance please notify an event staff member.
Parking
Guidelines:
Fans arriving for all home events should park in Lot A next to Sam
Greeley Field. Parking in other areas can result in your
vehicle being ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.
