Freshman Katrina Kopfhamer (Portage, Wis.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending February 12, 2017. Kopfhamer recorded a pair of stellar performances on Saturday in the weight throw and shot put events. Her best effort came in the weight throw event where she broke the RU school record by 0.81 meters with a throw of 11.10 meters to finish in 15th place. Her throw currently ranks as the 14th farthest in NACC so far this season. She then completed her afternoon with a 20th place finish in the shot put with a throw of 8.07 meters.
