Trent Lawrence were all named Second Team All-NACC. Rockford's NACC Honorable Mention recipients included shortstop
Zach Duke, outfielder
Marcus Taylor, and relief pitcher
Sidney Atkins.
Senior first baseman
Kadin Bergstrom ended his amazing career with an incredible final season in his first-career First Team All-NACC selection. This makes it the second consecutive year where Bergstrom has received postseason recognition from the conference. Bergstrom ended the regular season ranked 15th in five stat categories in the NACC, and finished in the top five in four of them. He was 14th in hits (54), tied for second in doubles (16), fourth in home runs (12), fifth in RBIs (49), and fourth in slugging percentage (.716). Additionally, Bergstrom broke the career home run record (36) when he hit his 34th versus Aurora on April 14. Nationally, Bergstrom was ranked 31st in both doubles and home runs.
Senior outfielder and pitcher
Zach Fabis was selected First Team All-NACC as a utility player. This is the second postseason award from the conference as Fabis was named First Team All-NACC last season. Offensively, Fabis recorded a .318 batting average with 41 hits and 17 RBIs. He also had seven doubles, one triple, one home run, and drew nine walks. On the mound, Fabis was dominant on the year ranking in the top 20 in five statistical categories, and in the top 10 in four. He placed fifth in the conference in ERA (2.63), second in wins (8) going undefeated on the hill, sixth in fewest hits allowed (43), tying for 19th in strikeouts (44), and sixth in batting average against (.224). His eight wins on the year tied a program record for wins in a single season. Fabis also had a complete-game shutout (March 21 vs. Marian) where he allowed just four hits while striking out 10 batters, in a week where he won NACC Pitcher of the Week. Nationally, Fabis tied for 10th in wins on the mound.
Sophomore starting pitcher
Logan Koeller was selected Second Team All-NACC. This is Koeller's first postseason award and made big strides, ranking in the top five in numerous statistical categores in the conference this season finishing fourth in ERA (2.53), tying for 11th in wins (5), allowing the second fewest hits (32), 12th in strikeouts (47), and was third in batting average allowed (.213). He also was named NACC Pitcher of the Week after his dominant performance against Lakeland University where he struck out 11 and walked three, holding opponents to a .077 batting average while facing 30 batters. This year he was a part of a combined no-hitter (March 31 vs. Dominican), one-hitter (April 18 vs. St. Norbert), and two-hitter vs. (April 25 vs. Lakeland). He also ranked 20th in the nation in ERA.
Senior starting pitcher
Alex Easton was also named as Second Team All-NACC. This is the second year in a row that he has earned a postseason award from the NACC. Easton had an outstanding season, ranking in the top ten in the conference in multiple categories. Easton ranked third in ERA (2.47) 10th in wins (6), sixth in strikeouts (55), and ranked 18th in the NACC in batting average against (.275). He also had a complete-game shutout (April 28 vs. Benedictine) where he allowed just five hits with six strikeouts and earned his first NACC weekly award, winning NACC Pitcher of the Week. Easton ranked 49th in the country in ERA.
Senior Second Baseman
Blaise Mace was selected Second Team All-NACC by the conference's 13 head coaches, making this the second-straight year Mace has been named Second Team All-NACC. Mace played second base all year and displayed solid plate discipline. In the NACC, Mace tied for 16th in walks (21) and ranked 18th in stolen bases (12). He also set career highs in batting average (.339), on-base percentage (.431), and walks (21), while also hitting his first career home run (March 13 vs. Haverford). On the year, Mace had 43 hits, including six doubles, and 29 RBIs.
Senior Outfielder
Trent Lawrence was also named Second Team All-NACC. Lawrence had a breakout season after transferring from Morningside University. Lawrence ranked 16th in OPS (1.026), tying for seventh in doubles (14), sixth in home runs (11), seventh in RBIs (45), and eighth in slugging percentage (.628) in the NACC.
Senior shortstop
Zach Duke was named NACC Honorable Mention for the second year in a row as the starting shortstop. Duke has steadily improved during his four-year career as a Regent. This year Duke had a .289 batting average, and posted career highs in on-base percentage (.379) and drew 15 walks. Duke also had a solid fielding percentage (.929) this season. On the year, Duke also accumulated 35 hits with eight doubles, 35 runs scored, 13 RBIs, and six stolen bases.
Junior outfielder
Marcus Taylor was named NACC Honorable mention in his first year with the Regents after transferring from Olive Harvey College. Despite an early season injury, Taylor was eighth in the NACC in OPS (1.078), tied for 10th in home runs (7), and seventh in slugging percentage (.633). Taylor also had a .336 batting average, seven home runs, seven doubles, one triple, while drawing 18 walks and was named NACC Position Player of the Week, after batting a .519 batting average in the team's Florida stretch where he totaled 14 hits, three home runs, 10 RBIs, three doubles, drew two walks, and scored 10 runs as the Regents went 6-2 in the eight games from March 8-13.
Junior relief pitcher
Sidney Atkins was also named NACC Honorable mention with his first season with the Regents after also transferring from Olive Harvey College. Atkins tied for second in the conference in saves (5) to go along with compiling 18 strikeouts on the year. He was also apart of the combined no-hitter (March 31 vs. Dominican), where he struck out two batters in the final inning of the 19-0 win.
