LISLE, Ill. -- The Rockford University women's flag football team defeated Benedictine University, 20-0, on Friday.
Amari Camacho-Anderson was 14-of-26 for 121 yards.
Quentasia Mills went 1-for-1 for four yards.
Mills led Rockford on the ground with 161 yards rushing off nine carries and scoring two touchdowns.
Maureen Shelton led the Regents receiving with six catches for 47 yards.
Gina Neils led Rockford with five tackles.
Emily Lind had two interceptions while Mills had one.
After a scoreless first quarter Mills drew first blood for the Regents with a 55-yard touchdown run as the Regents led 7-0.
Neils then rushed for a four yard touchdown on a 12-play drive after the Regents got off the field defensively after the first possession of the third quarter.
The Regents then ultimately pulled away as Mills scored her second touchdown of the day, this time from 69 yards out to seal it for the Regents.
The Regents will return to action on Monday, April 6, when they will take on Bryant & Stratton College at 3 p.m. CDT.
