Game Recap: Women's Volleyball |

Regents Split with Kohawks and Bucs

BELOIT, Wis. - The Rockford University women's volleyball team split its two matches on Tuesday with Coe College and Beloit College. Rockford fell in straight sets to Coe (25-9, 25-10, 25-14), but then rebounded for a convincing 3-0 win (25-13, 25-12, 25-22) at Beloit. The Regents struggled to find their rhythm offensively against the Kohawks. Rockford had both 15 kills and 15 attack errors, while Coe amassed 44 kills and had just 8 attack errors. Fortunately, it was the exact opposite situation for the Regents in game two. Rockford tallied 34 kills compared to only 8 attack errors and held the Bucs to a -.029 hitting percentage.
